Flying Off The Shelf – New Firearms Report Is Making Big Waves… But Is It Worth It?

New “Free” Firearm Survival Guide Exposes Firearm-Buying Loophole and Hands You The Keys To Building Your Own “Off The Books” AR-15?

Does this new “Free” report from Patriot Publications deliver on its promise… or should it be shelved?

Bottom line:

While some of the information in this report is a bit dated (ie: information on the ammo shortage), and the book could use a companion video or more pictures with its step-by-step instructions, the information is still solid and well worth the cost of shipping.

Review:

I’m not going to lie. I’ve seen dozens of books like this pop up on the internet (I used to sell one of my own on another site). So, needless to say, I was a bit skeptical when I came across this “Firearms Survival Guide.”

But frankly, this one BLOWS MINE OUT OF THE WATER!  This is essentially 4 books compiled into one. This isn’t just another flimsy report that doesn’t do much more than fill space on your coffee table. This is a firearm archive. It shows you how to build your own off-the-books AR-15 “ghost gun” (both with a jig and a CNC), how to reload your own ammo, and how to get around the bureaucratic red tape and avoid waiting periods and background checks.

But the most important part of the Firearm Survival Guide is that it doesn’t just show you how to do these things… it hand-feeds you the resources so that you can get started the second you pick up your copy.

This means more time working on your new rifle, and less time searching Google for schematics, primers, and other parts. And, at only $5.95 for shipping, the resources alone are worth more than 10x that! This is a definite win if you want to know how to buy, make, and reload your own firearms.

The Good:

How to take advantage of the “private party” loophole:  This gives you another reason to head to those monthly gun shows (as if you needed one). A certain federal loophole allows you to buy a firearm from an unlicensed retailer without needing a background check. Unfortunately, this loophole is starting to close up (as of 2016, 19 states require background checks or permits even with a private seller). Do you live in one of those states? Grab your Free copy of the book to find out.

How to quickly and accurately pinpoint “safe” firearms to buy:  This guide gives you insight on how to legally purchase “antique firearms” that require no background checks or waiting periods.  (Make one mistake here, and you could have the ATF breathing down your neck).

Step-by-step instructions on how to build your own AR-15:  Both with and without a CNC machine.

Massive amounts of resources:  One of the hardest parts about building firearms and reloading your own ammunition is knowing where to get all of the parts, pieces, primers, and blueprints. This book does an amazing job of handing those right over to you.  And, even better, they give you multiple options (just in case some of the resources are out of stock or “magically” disappear).

The Bad:

Dated information:  Take this with a grain of salt . the dated information I am referring to is the massive ammo shortage from a few years ago.  While it may not be the case now, there is no telling when the next round of military buy-ups and supply shortages could happen.

Detailed information that lacks pictures:  This book would do well to have a companion video series, or even just a few larger and more detailed pictures – especially when it comes to showing how to mill out your own AR-15 lower.

Could use another pass through an editor’s hands:  This is more of a personal pet peeve, but there are quite a few spelling and grammatical mistakes.  Nothing that detracts from the content… but it is a bit annoying when certain common words are misspelled (I can’t really talk, however, as my saving grace in writing has been spell-check and grammar-check software).

BONUS Materials:

Right now, Patriot Publications is also adding in 2 bonus ebooks when you grab your copy of the Firearms Survival Guide (keep in mind these bonuses may change or be removed completely at any time).

You’re going to get your very own copy of the Gun Law Bible:

This jam-packed guide has all the latest information you need to know about concealed carry, open carry, and much more.

Plus, it has state-by-state breakdowns of gun laws so you’ll know exactly how to make sure you’re carrying legally and lawfully.

You’re also going to get Street Smart Survival:

This guide will show you step-by-step information (with detailed pictures) on how to defend yourself and disarm an attacker that is threatening you with a gun, knife, bat, steel pipe, or anything else that could be classified as a deadly weapon.

Both of these reports are yours when you pick up your copy of the Firearms Survival Guide. You’ll also get instant digital access to them the second your order goes through.

These bonus books more than double the value of your Firearms Survival Guide.

 Why It’s Free:

Frankly, it’s an ethical bribe to get you to say yes. They want to offer you something of incredible value up front to show you that everything else they have to offer is of top quality as well.

Once you submit your order, you’ll be made a few more offers that might tickle your fancy, including a 14-day trial membership into their “My Survival Alliance” community.  This community offers an archive of survival knowledge and guides, as well as weekly digital newsletters from survival experts.

If you take the trial membership, be aware that it is a 14-day trial (at the end of which you will be charged $37.00 monthly dues). I’d recommend giving the community a try, but frankly $37.00 is a bit rich for my blood. Whether you choose to stay in the community or not is 100% up to you.

Remember, the membership is 100% optional – you can say no and it won’t affect your Free Firearms Survival Guide. But if you’ve got a few minutes, listen to what they have to offer. It might be something you’re interested in.

Shipping & Handling:

Shipping is $5.95 and arrives at your door within 7 to 10 days. OR, for an additional $0.99 you can get an instant digital download and start reading right away.  (In my opinion, the extra dollar is worth it to have a digital backup of the report.)

Guarantee:

Patriot Publications offers a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you don’t think the book is worth your time or the shipping, contact them via one of the methods below and let them know.

Conclusion:

While some of the information is a bit dated and the book could definitely use a bit more editing, it’s some pretty solid information on how to legally buy firearms without background checks, how to build a ghost gun, and how to reload your own ammo.

All great information to know if you’re a survivalist or even just a firearms enthusiast. And, in my opinion, it’s well worth the cost of shipping.
